IF A LOCATION IS ALREADY SELECTED, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU CHANGE TO THE CORRECT STORE CUSTOMER IS REDEEMING AT! 

• Click on Location

• Click Change

• Then Refresh Page

PUNCH CARD SEARCH OPTIONS

• Scan (If using mobile device);

• Type in Punch Card Code; or

• Type in Customer Name

REDEEM

• Verify correct customer card is retrieved, then Click on the bar to select.

• Check their remaining balance, then verify how many kids customer will be using the Punch Card.

• Then click appropriately on 'Fully Redeem' OR 'Partially Redeem'.

 

PARTIAL REDEMPTION

If 'Partially Redeeming', enter the total number of kids, then click on 'Partial Redeem' again to complete.

FULL REDEMPTION

If 'Fully Redeeming', once you click 'Fully Redeem', it immediately redeems all Passes.  However, if you do this by mistake, you do have the option to 'Undo Redeem', and you must enter a reason.
